Customisation & Branding

Put Your Logo on Every Box

Every rigid box we make can carry your brand. Two methods — hot foil stamping and screen printing — each suited to different logo styles and budgets. Here's everything you need to choose the right one.

Two Methods

Foil Stamping vs Screen Printing

Premium Finish

Hot Foil Stamping

LOGO
Mirror-finish gold foil

A heated metal die presses metallic foil film onto the box surface under pressure. The result is a crisp, mirror-like logo that physically embeds into the board — not printed on top of it.

Advantages

  • Mirror-finish metallic effect — catches light beautifully
  • Gold, silver, rose gold, or custom foil colours
  • Lasts the lifetime of the box — won't fade or scratch
  • Works on smooth rigid board surfaces
  • Ideal for single-colour logos and monograms

Best for

Clean logo-only designs, monograms, wordmarks with 1–2 elements.

Free — Single Colour

Screen Printing

Advantages

  • Full-colour printing — up to 4 spot colours
  • Sharp, crisp edges on complex logos
  • Precise Pantone colour matching available
  • Works well with text-heavy designs
  • Lower setup cost for larger runs

Best for

Colourful brand logos, text-heavy designs, exact Pantone colour matching.

How It Works

From Your Logo to Finished Box

01

Send Your Logo

Share your logo file (AI, PDF, or high-res PNG). Vector format gives the best results for both foil and screen print.

02

We Prepare the Proof

Our team creates a digital mock-up showing exactly how your logo will appear on the box. No charges for the proof.

03

Approve & Produce

Once you approve the proof, we create the die (foil) or stencil (screen print) and run production. Typical turnaround: 7–10 working days.

04

Quality Check

Every branded box goes through a manual quality check before packing and dispatch.

Common Questions

Branding FAQs

Can I do both foil and screen print on the same box?

Yes. For example, a foil-stamped logo on the lid and screen-printed brand colours on the inner base. This is quoted as a combined job.

What file format do I need for my logo?

Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF with outlined fonts) are ideal. For screen print, a high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI or above works well. JPEG files are not recommended.

Is branding included in the box price?

Single colour screen printing is included free in the box price. Hot foil stamping and multi-colour screen printing are quoted separately.

What is the minimum order for branded boxes?

Same as the box MOQ: 300 pieces per variant. Single colour screen printing is included free. Multi-colour screen printing requires a minimum of 5,000 pieces.

Can I use more than one colour in foil stamping?

Each foil colour requires a separate die and press pass, which increases cost and setup time. For multi-colour designs, screen printing is usually more economical.

How do I know what the final result will look like?

We provide a digital mock-up before any production begins. For larger orders, we can also produce a single physical sample for your approval.
