Ordering & MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 300 pieces per SKU (box type + construction). For example, if you order Ring Box Top+Bottom, the minimum is 300 pcs of that specific combination.
Can I order different box types in one order?
Yes. Each box type and construction is treated as a separate line item, each with a 300 pc minimum. So you can order 300 Ring Boxes and 300 Necklace Boxes in the same order.
Is there a maximum order quantity?
No upper limit. We regularly handle orders of 5,000–50,000 pieces. For very large orders, lead time may be adjusted — contact us to discuss.
Do you offer discounts for larger quantities?
Yes. Our pricing is tiered: the per-piece price drops at 500, 1000, and 2000+ units. All tiers are published on each product page.
Customisation
Can I get my logo printed on the boxes?
Yes. Single colour screen printing is included free with every order. Hot foil stamping (gold, silver, or rose gold) is quoted separately. Multi-colour screen printing is available from MOQ 5,000 pcs — contact us for pricing.
What file format do I need to provide for my logo?
Vector format is strongly recommended — AI, EPS, or PDF. For foil stamping especially, vector files give the sharpest results. High-resolution PNG (300 dpi+) is acceptable if vector is not available.
Can I choose the box colour?
Our standard range uses specific paper colours per box type (listed on each product page). Custom colours are available on orders of 1000+ pcs — contact us to discuss.
Can I choose the lining colour?
Standard lining is off-white velvet or foam. Custom lining colours (black, red, navy) are available on orders of 1000+ pcs.
Can I request a custom box size?
Custom sizes are available for orders of 2000+ pcs. Standard sizes are listed on each product page. For most jewellery types, one of our 9 standard categories will be the right fit.
Samples
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We send a free sample pack — up to 5 box types — delivered within 3–5 business days anywhere in India. No payment required. Request a sample pack on our website.
Are samples unbranded?
Yes, sample boxes are standard (unbranded) versions. We can produce a branded sample for larger order discussions — contact us to arrange.
Lead Times
How long does production take?
Standard lead time is 7–10 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders (5–7 days) are available for an additional charge. Transit from Jaipur is typically 2–4 days depending on your location.
When does the production clock start?
Production starts after artwork is approved and a 50% advance payment is received. We confirm the start date by WhatsApp.
Can you meet urgent deadlines for wedding or seasonal orders?
We accommodate urgent orders when capacity allows. Contact us as early as possible — ideally 3+ weeks before your required date.
Pricing & Payment
Are the prices on your website final?
Yes, the prices listed on each product page are our standard rates for that quantity tier. There are no hidden charges. GST is charged additionally as applicable.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 50% advance, 50% before dispatch. For established repeat customers, we offer 30-day credit — contact us to discuss.
Do you charge GST?
Yes. GST at the applicable rate is charged on all orders. We issue a proper GST invoice with every order.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all pin codes in India via courier partners. Shipping cost is charged at actuals and added to the invoice.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available on request. Contact us for rates and timelines.
How are the boxes packed for dispatch?
Boxes are packed in master cartons with bubble wrap or foam separators to prevent damage in transit. Each carton is labelled with SKU and quantity.
Materials & Quality
What board weight do you use?
We use 120–124 GSM paper on a 2.5mm chipboard core as standard. Board weight for each product is listed in the specifications on the product page.
What lining is used inside the box?
Standard lining is 3mm foam covered with velvet or satin-finish fabric. The foam is die-cut to the specific jewellery type for a secure fit.
How durable are the boxes?
Rigid jewellery boxes are designed for long-term use. The board construction resists crushing; the paper wrapping resists fading. With normal use, a rigid box lasts 3–5 years.
